2. Purchase Options
RhinoCG offers various paid services, including but not limited to:
- Rhino model downloads (one-time or subscription)
- Rhino teaching courses
- Paid online Q&A
- Paid reading content
Users may select and pay for the desired services as needed.
3. Termination of Services and Refund Eligibility
- Users may request to terminate services at any time via email.
- Once digital content (models, courses, Q&A, reading, etc.) is delivered, no refunds will be provided unless otherwise required by law.
- If users are unable to access purchased content due to technical issues on our side, a refund or service re-delivery may be provided after verification.
- RhinoCG is not responsible for refunds due to user device or network issues.
4. Right of Withdrawal
- Due to the nature of digital content, once the service is delivered, users agree to waive any statutory right of withdrawal (if applicable).
- If a withdrawal request is made before service delivery, please contact our official email for assistance.
5. Payment Method Restrictions and Alternatives
- If a payment fails due to user reasons (e.g., insufficient funds, credit card limit), the user is responsible for any resulting costs.
- RhinoCG reserves the right to adjust available payment methods as needed.
